If the sound of melted French cheese sets your mouth watering and your arteries contracting, come join us on Friday 2nd of August for a traditional dîner raclette*.
This unique meal originated with cow herders high up in the Savoie region who accidentally left some cheese out overnight on the rocks surrounding their campfire. In the morning, finding it had melted, they scraped the cheese off the rocks and ate it with bits of bread.
Join us au nid* on a cosy winter's night for an evening of eating, drinking, laughing and the scraping of cheese. Numbers are strictly limited, so if you are keen to come along, please ne tardez pas*.
