Sarah Thuillet, owner of Albion fromagerie Emile et Solange, owes her love of cheese to her grandparents, Emile et…you guessed it, Solange.
Sarah says: “My grandparents passed on their love of cheese and their shop-local philosophy to me, so it’s been a dream of mine to introduce others to delicious cheeses and produce. I grew up around cheese - we didn't ever have a lunch or a dinner without it.”
Sarah will introduce us to four very different cheeses along with their origin, production and characteristics. Naturellement*, we’ll have wine on hand to complement the tasting.
