A few tips on how to use the videos:

OPTION 1: Hit play and pause the screen as soon as you see the first French sentence. Read it out loud and see if you’re able to translate before moving onto the English translation.

OPTION 2: Go forward to the first English translation (don’t peek as you scroll past the French) and hit pause. See if you’re able to translate into French before rewinding a touch to see if you were right.

OPTION 3: Same as Option 2 but this time don’t hit pause. See if you’re able to translate before the screen changes.

OPTION 4: Hit play at the start of the video and close your eyes. See if you’re able to understand what is being said.

OPTION 5: Same as Option 5 but this time, as soon as the French sentence has finished, see if you’re able to repeat it before the next French sentence starts.
